Shipping + Returns
All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. We do not accept check payments.
Sales tax will be added to all orders in New York.
An order cannot be canceled/modified once it has left our studio. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours of placing an order.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Typically, all orders will ship within 1-3 business days. During the holiday season, please allow extra time for us to process your order.
We currently only ship to the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, which takes about 1-4 days for delivery after shipping (timeframes may be longer due to COVID-19). Once an order leaves the studio tracking information will be provided.
Soja Brooklyn is not responsible for any delays in transit once your order leaves our studio. Should your package become delayed a claim will need to be filed with the respective carrier.
Prior to submitting an order verify the entered shipping address as Soja Brooklyn is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address and is “Returned to Sender”, Soja Brooklyn is not responsible for any additional shipping or handling fees. Once the package is delivered back to our studio, we’re are happy to ship your package back to a different address, the buyer will be responsible to pay the fees to have the order re-shipped.

We've partnered with an innovative company called Route to provide our customers with an efficient way to handle all delivery related issues. Customers who add Route Shipping insurance at checkout, add the benefit of premium order protection, tracking, seamless claim resolution on lost, stolen, and damage packages.

All candle sales are final at this time, but we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order feel free to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to resolve your concern.
We will replace or refund unused candles; that was damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of the damaged candle must be submitted to us within 3 days of delivery.
