Reorder minimum: $250
Payment is due at the time of order placement (prior to shipment).
Orders that don't meet the criteria will not be processed. Our candles are made to order, orders are produced once payment has been received. Invoices are sent upon receiving the completed order form. All orders must be paid, upfront in full.
All orders will ship within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified.
Additional shipping fee applies. When the order is ready to ship, an invoice for shipping fees will be sent. Let us know if you would like to ship via your corporate shipping account. Upon shipment tracking, information will be sent. We ship via UPS or FedEx.
Soja Brooklyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.
We do not accept returns. Any claims of shortages and damages must be received within 7 days of delivery. After a review of the request, a replacement will be initiated or a credit can be issued towards a later purchase.
